Spicy Shrimp Skewers

Excellent suitability as a starter, with a salad or as finger food
INGREDIENTS
½ kg peeled shrimp, large
1 – 2 tbsp Meera’s Marinade
1 tbsp Chili-Tomaten Sauce scharf
1 tbsp tempura flour or
durum wheat flour or coarse polenta
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ lime as needed
fresh dill to taste
salt or sea salt to taste
butter or sunflower oil to taste
colored pepperoni to taste
Prepartation
Put the peeled shrimp in a bowl. Add the marinade, flour or coarse polenta. Finely chop the dill, mix in and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour (overnight is even better). Cut the peppers into square pieces. Alternately skewer the prawns and peppers. Cook the skewers and then drizzle with lime juice. Add salt if necessary.
