Massive Club Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

1 chicken breast 1 tbsp
Meera’s marinade
2 tbsp coconut milk
4 – 5 strips of bacon according to
Bel. Rocket after
Bel. Red cabbage
1 onion
2 tbsp. sunflower oil
3 slices of Rustico bread
at taste Meera’s Oven-Grilled
Pepperoni
at taste Meera’s Grill-& Sandwichsauce

at taste Meera’s Avocado-Basilikum-Pesto

Preparation

Cut the chicken breast into 2 thin slices. Marinate the meat with the marinade and coconut milk and leave to rest for about 1 hour. Fry the bacon strips in a frying pan and then place them on kitchen paper. toast slices of bread. Cut the onion into thin rings. Fry the marinated chicken slices on both sides. Top the first slice of bread with strips of bacon, 1 slice of meat, red cabbage leaves, oven grilled peppers and Meera’s grill & sandwich sauce. On the second slice of bread come rocket leaves, onion rings, second slice of meat and the avocado-basil pesto. Place the last slice of bread on top and fix the sandwich tower with a wooden stick through the middle. Mmmm!…
