INGREDIENTS
1 papaya (approx. 400 g)
1 pomegranate
1 ripe mango
1 spring onion
250g baby spinach 2 tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 tsp sea salt (as required)
5 – 6 tbsp Meera’s Homedressing
2 tbsp Meera’s Chili- Tomatensauce (mild)
a handful roasted peanuts
Preparation
Carrot, sweet potato and chili peppers in approx. 2 cm. Peel the papaya and cut into thin strips. Deseed the pomegranate. Halve the mango and scoop out the flesh. Wash the spring onions and cut into pieces of about 1 cm. Wash and drain the young spinach. Put everything in a salad bowl and mix in Meera’s Homedressing, chili tomato sauce, balsamic vinegar and sea salt. Fold the roasted peanuts into the prepared salad ingredients and serve.
