Terms and Conditions<\/h1>\n

The present terms and conditions apply to all rights and obligations based on the business relationship between www.meeras-specialities.ch and its customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders \/ contractual relationship<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

All orders will be confirmed to you by email. <\/span>The electronic confirmation of the execution of your order creates a contractual relationship.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prices<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

All our prices are in Swiss francs, excluding transport and packaging costs or other fees and including VAT. <\/span>We reserve the right to make any price adjustments.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Terms of delivery Delivery<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

Delivery time: Within 2 weeks after receipt of advance payment. There are no delivery costs for deliveries in the H\u00f6fe district. For the rest of Switzerland (as well as abroad), packaging and delivery charges are charged according to postal, rail and truck tariffs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transport is free of charge for orders over 150 CHF.<\/p>\n

Of course, there is the possibility of collection by arrangement.<\/span><\/p>\n

Customers assume responsibility for the products delivered, even if they were left on your doorstep or with a neighbor in your absence. Wrongly ordered products, mistakes made by customers will not be taken back or refunded. The customer must check the goods upon receipt and report any delivery errors or damage in writing (e-mail) within 24 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

We only deliver against prepayment.

Properly ordered and delivered goods are generally not taken back.<\/p>\n

The present General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law. <\/span>The place of jurisdiction is Schwyz, Switzerland.<\/p>\n
